Tell me how it's come to this? Tell me why I feel I missed? Tell me why I didn't stop it Try to stop it from the start? Tell me, with your voice so pure, Tell me why I feel so sure Tell me how the castles that we built have pushed us so apart... And you laugh It rings musical, and so kind And you show me all the doors that I kept tightly locked inside my mind And you laugh Rings purity, and so bold And you show me all the walls that I had built so tall inside my soul... And you laugh, and you laugh And you smile, you beguile And you laugh, and you laugh While you're breaking my heart And you laugh, and you laugh And you smile like a child And you laugh, and you laugh While we're drifting apart And you laugh, and you laugh And you smile, you beguile And you laugh, and you laugh While you're breaking my heart And you laugh, and you laugh And you smile like a child And you laugh, and you laugh While we're drifting apart... Tell me why I dream my dreams? Tell me, is life as it seems? Tell me why I lay here on A concrete sea and shattered glass? Tell me, while you laugh and smile, Tell me how you've grown so wild. Tell me why the sky and why the earth and why we're in between.

Love... Love... Love It comes around It comes full circle It comes as a surprise Love It's unfamiliar It's unforgotten It shines bright in your eyes. Love It has no memory It's extrasensory It boils inside my heart Love It's consequential It's more than sexual It aches when we're apart.

I met a girl upon a subway that I never ride It seems I missed the one I always take She smiled at me as I edged by her and excused myself I was so surprised that chemistry came into play She asked about a novel that I carried on with me We introduced and gave our hands a shake My finger lost the page that I had held so carefully All this because I missed my regular subway that day But she She won't be smiling at me Playing her games all the while Filling my world with her smile And her perfume 'Cause, sadly She and I won't make it "we" She won't see how we would live She won't know all I could give 'Cause she can't, and she won't. I looked at where we were and saw my stop was drawing close I told her that I had enjoyed our time She laughed at me and teased me that I was oblivious And wrote her numbers on a scrap of paper with a smile I waved as I stepped on the platform from the train we met But on the street a storm surprised and stunned With no umbrella with me I was shortly sopping wet And soon those numbers in my pocket had completely run So she She won't be smiling at me Playing her games all the while Filling my world with her smile And her perfume 'Cause, sadly She and I won't make it "we" She won't see how we would live She won't know all I could give 'Cause she can't, and so she won't. Da da da da da da da... But she She won't be smiling at me Playing her games all the while Filling my world with her smile And her perfume 'Cause, sadly She and I won't make it "we" She won't see how we would live She won't know all I could give 'Cause she can't, and so she won't.

I'm so invincible... Ask myself what I'm seeking Twisted time, it runs away I ask myself what I'm seeking Twisted time, it runs away, it runs away from Me. Me, who am I? What's my meaning? I ask myself how I could possibly be. I tremble, I fall I survive against it all I stumble, I stand tall I stand tall I stand tall At times I feel I can't let go At times I feel I fall Purple lightbulb, tell me, Am I so invincible? Every choice we make has a consequence It is our requirement to discover What those consequences are And as such, to shape our choices

about

I started writing complete "songs" a long time ago. Most were what you'd expect from a kid. Some, though, were actually decent. Since then, in the past seventeen years, I have written several hundreds of, if not over a thousand, sketches, tunes, songs, compositions, arrangements, and etc. I have notebooks upon notebooks, floppy disks for three different sequencers and synthesizers, hard drives, and loose papers full of these works.

Only a fraction have currently been released; only a larger fraction will ever be sold. Why let them all go to waste?

The Release Project is an always-growing album that contains some of my favorite and most interesting unreleased works from the past seventeen years and moving forward. Some of these recordings are the originals (warts and crappy recording and all), some are re-recorded on newer tech. All are items that I don't want to see gathering dust. Be sure to click on each track to get information about when, why, and how it was put together.

I hope you enjoy them all. Please check back often for new tracks.
